  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process

  2. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send the product back.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
